Our Story - A Problem Turns Into Solution
Back in 2018, WebHopers Infotech Pvt. Ltd., a growing digital marketing and technology firm from Chandigarh, India, faced a familiar challenge: leads were flooding in from platforms such as official website, Social media, and third party portals through contact forms, Whatsapp, phone calls, yet spreadsheets and generic CRMs couldn’t keep up. The team needed a system that could automatically capture enquiries, assign them to the right people, track interactions and convert them into clients. Finding nothing on the market that truly understood the nuances of Indian industries. So we built our solution named WHSuites.
From Inhouse Tool To Industry Ready Platform
What began as an internal project quickly matured into a full‑fledged SaaS product. Today, WHSuites is used by pharmaceutical companies, solar installers, real‑estate developers, insurance agencies and IT firms across India. At its core is a powerful lead‑management engine that automatically pulls prospects from multiple sources such as IndiaMART, PharmaHopers website forms and chat bots.
