Import or Export Your CRM Data — In 5 Simple Steps
The process of importing and exporting your data using the WHSuite Interface is simple to follow! Any member of your team can import or export data using either the Import or Export function of the WHSuite interface without having any technical experience.
Prepare Your File
To import/export data from another CRM, spreadsheet or other tool, you should export your data to a CSV or Excel (.xlsx) file. WHSuite supports the following file formats: Zoho, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Freshworks and other standard/compatible CRM formats. Before uploading your data to the system, please make sure that you have "cleaned" the data you are importing/exporting.
Upload the File
From the main menu of the WHSuite, select: Settings > Data Management > Import Data. Select the appropriate module you wish to import the data (Leads, Contacts, Deals, etc.) and select the "Choose file" button to upload your CSV or Excel file. Within a few seconds you will see a preview of your file.
Map Your Fields
The WHSuite system will automatically map the fields in the CSV or Excel file to the corresponding fields in the WHSuite database using an intelligent field mapping feature. In the example above, "Customer Name" in the uploaded file is mapped to "Contact Name" in the WHSuite database.
Handle Duplicates & Validate
WHSuites will allow you to choose how you want to deal with existing or duplicate records either by adding new records, updating existing records or skipping duplicate records. WHSuites will validate every record before it is imported and alert you of any errors such as missing required fields, incorrect data type or duplicate emails so that your data in your CRM is always clean and valid.
Import & Confirm
After selecting Import, WHSuites can import thousands of records and provide you with an import summary of how many records were added, how many were updated, how many were skipped and any errors that have occurred. If you find records with errors, simply download the error report to fix and re-import the records instantly.
